What do you particularly enjoy about your apprenticeship at EFAFLEX?

“You have a lot of fun with your colleagues. Due to the regular change of department, you always get to know new people with whom you can have a laugh from time to time. In addition, the regular trainee excursions are always a great thing to look forward to and think back on fondly.“

What is special about the apprenticeship at EFAFLEX?

“From my point of view, the family character of the company is particularly important, which is transferred to the apprenticeship. If you have any questions, you can always turn to your colleagues, who are happy to help and take the time to train us apprentices. EFAFLEX also offers the opportunity to experience many areas of the company with different colleagues and areas of responsibility. Accompanying activities such as team-building excursions and apprenticeship fairs round off the apprenticeship at the company. “

“I really enjoy working in my position as a Service Supervisor/Trainer in the global customer service department. Every country has different cultures, but the EFAFLEX product unites people. I also really enjoy passing on my specialist knowledge to our technicians/subsidiaries/partner companies around the world and seeing how they develop.”

Why did you start your apprenticeship at EFAFLEX?

“The decisive factor for me was that I was able to work in many different departments during this apprenticeship. An interesting and varied working day, in which I can learn a lot of new things, is very important to me. Because I want to expand my knowledge and skills in the field of business. Before I started my apprenticeship, I didn’t have much knowledge of how a company works. I didn’t know how the tasks are distributed or how the processes relating to purchasing, sales and production work. Thanks to the open and warm welcome at my interview, I quickly realized that I could imagine a future at EFAFLEX, because respectful and friendly interaction between colleagues is important to me and I want to feel comfortable in my apprenticeship.“
